DUALDISC

The DualDisc has both an audio and a DVD side allowing artists to create audio, video and computer content ’Äì all on a single two-sided disc.

THE AUDIO SIDE OFFERS:

  • Complete audio album

  • Standard Red Book compatible audio

  • A recommended maximum recording time of 60 minutes

  • Plays on standard CD players and on PCs with CD drives

THE DVD SIDE OFFERS:

  • Includes the entire album in surround sound or enhanced audio, video content, and other features

  • Plays on all consumer DVD-Video players, game consoles and PCs with DVD drives

  • Can be equipped with Sony DADC's ARccOS digital DVD-Video copy protection

  • ROM portion for Web links or digital files to transfer to portable devices

  • DVD 5 (4.7 GB)



CD-ROM

KEY POINTS:

  • 12 cm CD-ROM: Data Capacity 680 MB

  • 8 cm CD-ROM: Data Capacity 192 MB

We accept ROM masters as finished CD-R but can also handle other formats.



DVD

The basic principle behind the Digital Versatile Disc is much the same as Compact Discs, except that the most basic DVD can carry nearly seven times as much information.

  • DVD 5 single sided, single layer (4.7 Gigabyte)

  • DVD 9 single sided, double layer (8.5 Gigabyte)

  • DVD 10 double sided, single layer (9.4 Gigabyte)
