Mail-out Package

Increase your profile and reach industry professionals all across the UK, Northern Ireland and Europe with a targeted mail-out, tailored to you and your music. Birnam have built and maintained a vast database of radio presenters, album reviewers, music critics and more, covering every level of the industry. Our team will hand-pick the contacts we feel are best suited to your music. Each contact will be sent a copy of your CD, as well as a 4-page promotional flyer. This flyer, tailored to your packaging artwork, will contain your press release as well as all other essential info. A secure web page will be set up, where contacts from our database can source an online copy of the text, promotional shots of you and your band, and any branding you may wish to share. There are four different tiers of our mail-out package available, and any can be upgraded to an enhanced package for some extra products.

Our team will work with you to create a promotional webpage for your release, including all the relevant info, your press release, promotional photos, links to your music and social media channels, as well as anything else you may want to include. We then distribute this to (currently) over 800 contacts across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australasia. Key analytical data is available through MailChimp so we’ll be able to keep you up to speed on how your package is performing every step of the way.
